• Strictly for serious buyers only!
• Last-minute back-out or cancellation buyers will be BLACKLISTED!
• Buyers must pay 100% payment.
• Standard awaiting payment period is 48 hours. After that, items would automatically go to the next buyer without forewarning. If you need extra time, do inform us about it.
• Please email after payment is made (very very very important!). State the transaction reference number, date and time.
• All price stated are fixed. NO NEGOTIATION allowed.
• Only EMAIL US  when you have decided to place your order(s). (For order's format, click HERE)
• Emails without our order's format WILL NOT BE entertained.
• Inquiries are not considered as confirmed order.
• Once payment received, you are binded with and are assumed that you have READ, ACCEPT AND AGREE WITH our policies.
• Please note that colors may vary due to different collaboration of desktop or laptop settings.
• Once goods were sold, it is not exchangeable nor refundable.
• We use Air Freight to ship our goods.
• Goods will be received within 1-2 weeks (exclude public holiday) after each pre-order ends. (Please be considerate and allow a one-two days time for me to settle all transaction, a whole lot work to do)
• Tax are NOT included, if taxed, we SHARE the cost. (Chances are minimal.)
• Postage is done via POSLAJU only.

• PosLaju (East Malaysia) - RM8
• Buyers bear all mailing and shipping cost.
• We will not be held responsible on any losses or damages occurred during local shipping.
